How the free Wills service works
Royal Voluntary Service has partnered with the National Free Wills Network and Farewill so you can have a simple Will written or updated for free.
For more complex Wills, our Will writing partners will discuss any costs with you upfront, so you do not face any unexpected fees, or you may be advised to seek more specialised legal advice.
Please note our Will writing partners will be acting solely in your interest, and will take instructions only from you, not from Royal Voluntary Service.
You are under no obligation to leave a gift to Royal Voluntary Service, but once loved ones are taken care of, a percentage of what is left could help ensure our services are here for generations to come.
To use this free Wills service, you must be 18 years or older.
