Make a donation to support our work today

There are many ways you can support us today: by making a one off donation, signing up to give a regular gift, joining in with our raffles and lottery, or by leaving us a gift in your Will.

Help us minimise the impact of COVID-19 on our most vulnerable and ensure that isolation doesn’t have to mean coping alone.

82p of every £1 we receive from your donations goes directly towards our charitable activities in the NHS and across Britain. The remaining 18p is used for fundraising and governance.

Our wide range of services help vulnerable people to thrive, through one to one health support, group activities and via our online community platforms.

In hospitals and the community we:

  • Help patients on hospital wards, offering companionship and support alongside NHS teams
  • Work with NHS Health & Social Care teams to help and support those returning home after a stay in hospital
  • Work with people at home to support their recovery and avoid hospital re-admissions
  • Help vulnerable people regain their strength and get back on their feet after an illness or operation
  • Provide safe transport to medical appointments and help people access the services they need
  • Connect people to their communities through a wide selection of social activities
  • Provide support those with long-term health conditions to stay physically and mentally active, through guided exercise and activity packs and online via our Virtual Village Hall.

Other ways to donate

Your gift today will help us to be there for vulnerable people in communities and the NHS, and give life-changing support when it matters most.
