Host a Brews & Bakes event and broaden your palette whilst enjoying a coffee morning, bake sale or tea party like no other to help support Royal Voluntary Service.

Your fundraising helps make all of this happen, support people across Britain to stay safe, well and connected. Thank you for being part of it.

could help someone feel safe arriving home from hospital with a friendly volunteer checking everything is warm, and comfortable for them.

could help pay for two memory boxes, giving people living with dementia the chance to share stories, memories and moments that matter.

could help set up an activity group bringing more older and vulnerable people together, helping them feel part of their community.

When does Brews & Bakes take place?
You can hold your Brews & Bakes event on any date that suits you - but be sure to let us know about it so we can with you good luck on the big day!

Do I need to register my event to take part?
Not at all, but if you tell us about your event we'll be able to support you right up until you hold your Brews & bakes event. Let us know by completing this short form.
Can you send me a fundraising pack?
Everything you need to get inspired and to use at your Brews & Bakes event is available to download but if you'd like us to send a pack to you then reach out to our fundraising team who'll pop something in the post to you.
What resources are available for my Brews & Bakes event?
Resources include:
- A fundraising guide - all you need to start getting ready for your Brews & Bakes fundraiser
- Tea & Coffee tasting cards - Learn how to be a tea of coffee master by offering your guest a range of beverages from around the world.
- Tea & Coffee themed quizzes - ask your guests to make a donation to enter and make sure to include a prize for the winner!
- Voting cards - See which tasty tea or coffee is the winner by getting your guests to have a vote - don't forget to tell us the results.
