Information we need from you

Please email legacies@royalvoluntaryservice.org.uk with the following information if you are notifying us of a gift in a Will to Royal Voluntary Service:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • the executors full name and contact details (if different from your own).
  • the full name and last address of the deceased.
  • description of the gift / details of your enquiry.

If you are paying a legacy gift:

By Bank Transfer

Please email legacies@royalvoluntaryservice.org.uk to request bank details with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • the executors full name and contact details (if different from your own).
  • the full name and last address of the deceased.
  • description of the gift.

By cheque

Please send a cheque payable to “Royal Voluntary Service” to Gifts in Wills Team, Royal Voluntary Service, York House, Wetherby Road, Long Marston, York, YO26 7NH along with a letter detailing:

  • the full name and title of the deceased.
  • their last address.
  • the executors name and contact details.
  • description of the gift.
