Welsh Language Standards
Mae'r Royal Voluntary Service yn parchu ac yn cydnabod anghenion siaradwyr Cymraeg. Rydym wedi ymrwymo i ysbryd Mesur y Gymraeg (Cymru) 2011 ac yn ceisio gweithredu safonau priodol yn ein gweithgareddau yng Nghymru. Mae hyn yn cynnwys croesawu ac ateb gohebiaeth ysgrifenedig yn y Gymraeg. Rydym hefyd yn gallu cyfeirio galwadau ffôn at siaradwyr Cymraeg a, lle bo'n briodol, cynhyrchu fersiynau Cymraeg o'n cyhoeddiadau. Mae ymwelwyr â'n gwefan ac â'n gwefan GoVo yn gallu eu defnyddio yn y Gymraeg trwy ddefnyddio'r gweithrediad “ReciteMe”.
Rydym yn falch o fod yn gweithio gyda Chomisiynydd y Gymraeg ar ôl cwblhau Holiadur Hunanasesu Cynllun Datblygu'r Iaith Gymraeg. Bydd hyn yn caniatáu i ni asesu ein darpariaeth iaith Gymraeg bresennol yn well a phenderfynu ar unrhyw gamau nesaf priodol.
Royal Voluntary Service respects and recognises the needs of Welsh speakers. We are committed to the spirit of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 and seek to implement appropriate standards in our activities in Wales. This includes welcoming and replying to written correspondence in Welsh. We are also able to direct phone calls to Welsh speakers and, where appropriate, produce Welsh versions of our publications. Vistors to our website and to our GoVo Website are able to use them in Welsh via use of the “ReciteMe” function.
We are pleased to be working with the Welsh Language Commissioner having completed the Welsh Language Development Plan Self-Assessment Questionnaire. This will allow us to better assess our current Welsh Language provision and decide on any appropriate next steps.
