A lifeline when she needed it most
91-year-old Dorothy lives at home in Liverpool. After having two serious falls in recent years, a social worker recommended she receive help from Royal Voluntary Service, where she was paired with volunteer Lyn.

Support begins while the patient is in hospital and continues with regular contact to ensure they have everything they need to get back to a healthy, independent life.
