Edinburgh Marathon

Fast & flat, this course was voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runners World, ideal if it’s your first marathon or you are looking for a personal best. The Edinburgh Marathon has sold out every year since 2008 and is the second largest marathon in the UK, behind only London.

Places for 2024 are now sold out, but if you have your own place in the Edinburgh Marathon and would like to raise funds for Royal Voluntary Service, we’d love for you to join Team Royal Voluntary Service. There’s no minimum fundraising target; we simply ask that you raise as much as you can. Let our fundraising team know you’re planning to join our team.
