Newburgh Lunch Club

Supporting People

Description

More of us are living longer, which is good news, but for many more people who are living with complex conditions it is harder to keep active and maintain their level of health. Our Healthy, Happy Lives programme helps people of all abilities improve their physical and emotional health and play an active role in your community. Depending on your interests, activities can include; fun, chair-based resistance exercise sessions to improve strength and balance; a nutritious two-course lunch; company and discussion. Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for those with mild to moderate dementia and group activities such as singing, arts and crafts or hobbies are all available Carers are also welcome and we are committed to supporting a safe, supportive space.
