Licencing images

You can apply to Royal Voluntary Service for a licence to reproduce images from our Heritage Collection in books, magazines, journals, exhibitions, TV, films or for any other use.

You can do this in three ways:

  1. Online, by completing our Image Licence Application form
  2. Downloading an Image Licence Application form and returning it by post
  3. By requesting a paper form through the enquiry service and returning it by post

Please make sure when completing the form you fill in all the relevant fields and that you include any additional information which you consider might be relevant to your application.

Images are supplied electronically as 300dpi .tiff files (at original image size).

Please note that charges apply to this service under publication (standard uses).

If you require higher resolution images than those currently available these may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us via the enquiry service for more information.
