Recognised with the British Empire Medal in 2020 and named one of the UK’s Kindness & Leadership Leading Lights, Sheena blends commercial precision with deep social impact.

At NatWest Group, Sheena led the platform and data strategy for NatWest Thrive, a £2.3m national youth engagement programme reaching over one million young people. She also spearheaded cross-sector responses to urgent issues, from food poverty during Covid to Scotland’s humanitarian Welcome Centre for displaced Ukrainians.
