Saima leads our consultancy offering and developed the Diagnostic Tool, which she recently used to support Ronald McDonald House Charities future-proof its volunteering strategy. 

Using her expertise in policymaking, ESG and social impact, Saima has developed strategies for FTSE 100 companies, advised Boards and senior State officials - including HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh and Commonwealth representatives - and led large-scale programmes with significant reputational and financial impact.

With deep expertise in stakeholder engagement and sustainability frameworks, Saima also excels at crafting compelling narratives to secure senior level buy-in and drive change.

Saima is a recognised sustainability advocate. She was invited by the Queen as an advocate for a just climate transition, represented the UK at COP28 and is the youngest board trustee of Green Alliance.
