John Drummond

John is Founder of The Human Centre, a consultancy dedicated to building organisational resilience through human-centred leadership. His expertise lies in long-term strategies, culture change and behaviour change at scale. Over the last 25 years, he’s supported clients in a range of sectors including utilities (EDF Energy, Ofwat), government, (NHS, WRAP) retail (ASDA, M&S, banking (RBS, Lloyds) and FMCG (Unilever).

He spent seven years at IBM and later served as Group Director of Communications at United Utilities, with responsibility for employee volunteering at both organisations.

John is the author of several reports and books on human organisations and leadership and in 2021, was recognised by HR Magazine as one of the most influential thinkers in HR. John is also Chairman of transformational change agency, Corporate Culture.
