The courses and materials you will find here are intended to enable you to widen and deepen your understanding of EDI issues in the workplace. The learning materials are mainly short videos, for you to watch and think about on your own or maybe in a team meeting, followed by a discussion. You will have completed our introductory EDI course, ‘Inclusion Essentials’ as part of your induction. If you have not yet completed this course you should do so before reviewing additional learning materials.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
You can read a copy of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Guidance document.
The aim of the Policy is to:
- Create a positive culture throughout Royal Voluntary Service, where equality, diversity, inclusion, and respect are core values and at the centre of all our activities.
- Work towards the elimination of all forms of discrimination.
- Ensure staff, volunteers and trustees have a good understanding of expected inclusive behaviours.
The aim of the Policy Guidance it to:
- Encourage positive action to overcome disadvantage and discrimination.
- Ensure the highest possible standards are achieved in the delivery of our services and employment practices.
- Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion is promoted through our work, both internally and externally.
