Supporting social care services

Our volunteers support people receiving social care within the community and in care homes.

We provide:

  • Help with practical tasks – volunteers help with low-level tasks within care homes or an individual’s home
  • Tailored volunteer support for each care home helping to contribute to a positive CQC rating
  • Provision of support and transport to help individuals access community assets, services and agencies
  • Trained team – service delivered by experienced and trained staff and volunteers.
