Whatever our age or life stage, being physically active make us feel stronger, more positive and better able to face life’s challenges. To kickstart some healthy habits, TV’s Mr. Motivator will be launching Get Moving Week at the Virtual Village Hall on Monday 18 January with a live, free workout to join in with.

Get Moving Week at the Virtual Village Hall from 18 to 22 January is a great place to start some healthy habits. Come along and exercise, dance, be active and have fun. It’s free and open to all, with expert instructors, friendly chat and a wide range of classes to try.

Whether you join a Get Moving Week live class on our Facebook page or catch up with a session later, we’re sure you’ll feel better for taking part.       

Why not sign up for the Royal Voluntary Service Step Up! challenge during Get Moving Week? Challenge yourself to take some extra steps to raise funds to help Royal Voluntary Service continue to give life-changing support to people in need, particularly during COVID-19.
