Sourcing care services
As you get older, you might find yourself not quite as able as you used to be – everyday tasks that were once simple might begin to be challenging, or perhaps you are finding that you are forgetting to take important medication. Our volunteers give reassuring practical and emotional support to the clients they support, but sometimes other types of care may be required.
Whatever the reason, you may want to think about finding a more formal or additional source of care. To make this as easy as possible for you, your family members and volunteer carers, Royal Voluntary Service has partnered with Care Sourcer; an independent online service that can match care needs to local providers.
can explore a range of care-at-home providers in your area, and give you all the details you need in once place. If you feel that it might be time to plan for a more comprehensive care solution, you can also explore live-in care as well as care home options. Whatever you choose, all of the providers on Care Sourcer are monitored and inspected by the necessary regulatory body for your area, so you can have peace of mind when making your decision.
It’s totally free to use, so even if you just want to explore potential options for the future, you can do so in just a couple of clicks. If you prefer to speak to someone there is a team of care experts ready to take your call.
Unfortunately at present Care Sourcer do not provide their services in Wales.
