Fiona Malcolm

Fiona Malcolm, Royal Voluntary Service
Fiona joined Royal Voluntary Service in June 2019 as Director of Change and Transformation, having spent over five years at Samaritans as Deputy Chief Executive with responsibility for Operations and Service Support for most of that time, latterly taking over the Strategic Partnership portfolio.

Fiona has held executive positions in both the private and not for profit sectors, moving into the charity sector in 2011. During her time at Samaritans she held responsibility for the delivery of significant suicide prevention programmes with Network Rail, HM Prison and Probation Service and the MOD. She also led a number of complex project implementations across the network of branches in the UK and Ireland, ranging from telephony and technology projects to new operational policies, at all times working closely with volunteers, an aspect of her work she particularly enjoys.

Royal Voluntary Service... a national charity built on local volunteering, giving support to people to meet the needs of the day in the NHS and in our communities.
