Volunteer survey

Thank you to all those who signed up for the NHS Volunteer Responder programme and those who completed the survey in July 2020. These findings have helped us better understand your experience of the programme and what improvements we need to make.

The programme was rolled out at an extraordinary time in our nation’s history and at pace and scale – we thank you for stepping forward, for being on duty, and for your patience. If you have yet to see the positive impact you have made, please read the findings from our patient/client surveys.
