Induction and training
Your induction and training will be specific for your role in the charity. As part of your detailed induction programme you will be provided with essential training and background and any further requirements will be provided by your manager as part of your bespoke an overall training plan.
There are various ways to identify what training is required and various options and methods to complete the training to ensure you are confident in your role.
e-learning
Our award-winning e-learning site provides a range of training materials. Over 1000 training modules are completed each month and we provide a library of tools, informative videos and other resources.
